Description
The guardian of one of Ramón Bilbao's jewels with hints of licorice, blackberry and clove rising through the nose. Lastly, it is enveloping in the mouth, with plum, balsamic and mineral nuances.
A monovarietal wine, it is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. One of the characteristics of this Riojan red wine is its exclusivity, printed in the very name that it proudly carries on its label. Thus, Ramón Bilbao only brings to market the best selection, in this case 998 French and American oak barrels where the wine has matured for 14 months before resting for the last time in barrels for 10 months. Only then is it allowed to be served to the consumer.
As for the best consumption temperature, it is advisable to serve it between 18 and 20º. Lastly, Ramón Bilbao Edición Limitada is ideal for pairing with beef, smoked meats, soft cheeses or international flavors from Mexico or China.
