Hello Costa was started as an answer to the continual issues with shopping for clients of Holiday rental properties - our Founder took her experiences from working in Rental Property Management and as a Concierge for Luxury Rentals and decided to solve a problem facing many of her clients.

Clients frequently requested a Shopping Service for their rental villa or apartment, wanting to spend as much of their precious vacation as possible enjoying time with loved ones, relaxing and having fun – which, after all, is what a Holiday is all about! 

None wants to waste several hours of vacation, especially in high season, shopping in a crowded, unfamiliar supermarket, searching for products in a foreign language, queueing at checkouts, loading and unloading.

Shopping online can also be a real struggle. Having to search for products in Spanish, gambling on unfamiliar brands and the issues entering complex Spanish addresses onto forms with fields demanding a CP, Blq, Urb, Portal or Esc?

That is even before the stress of lost delivery drivers calling for directions in Spanish, or then needing to contact Customer Services in Spanish when a delivery doesn’t arrive.

The majority of accommodation providers simply cannot provide a full shopping service. Those who do are often limited in either the quantity of shopping they can provide or the selection of brands available - and these services can be expensive. €50+ for a basic shop. This leaves most visitors to the Costa del Sol on their own when it comes to arranging all the shopping necessary for a family vacation, group getaway or romantic break.

Hello Costa was created as an answer to all these challenges and to make the whole holiday shopping experience as stress-free as possible. You can shop in advance from the comfort of your own home before you travel and relax, knowing that everything that you need for a fabulous holiday is already arranged. 

Choose from a selection of Favourite U.K. brands, Premium Drinks and Spirits, Holidays Essentials, Fresh Produce, BBQ packs, Snacks, Treats & Luxury Brands and more – with over 2500 specially selected products we have all you need for a fabulous holiday.

Delivery is free* and you can choose a delivery slot for after you arrive - or even add a Transfer and be met at the Airport by a professional driver with all your shopping already on board. A real time and stress saver, especially if you are arriving with young children, on a late flight, with a large group; or have decided against a rental car.  

For Clients staying in Luxury or Serviced Accommodation, often the Villa Manager or Housekeeping Staff may be able to receive your delivery prior to your arrival, so the fridge and cupboards are stocked and your Cava is already chilled when you arrive. You can contact your accommodation provider to see if this is possible.

Our Shopping Service is also available to Residents of the Costa Del Sol, who want the convenience of having all their favourite products and brands delivered for free.

Additionally we hope to help local charities by offering a service to clients who have booked return transfers, where your return driver will collect any unused (non-perishable) items, along with any clothes, toys or other items which you may not have space for in the suitcase with your souvenirs – and donate them to local charities and worthwhile causes.
