Description
A red wine that offers us on a plate all the character of the best Tempranillo, that is Protos Roble .
The grape used in the elaboration is 100% red, obtained from 25-year-old vineyards from different plots with the intention of seeking the expression of the terroirs.
The ideal pairing for this wine is very varied, from rice dishes, chicken pasta, poultry, grilled meats, lamb and pork, to mushrooms, sausages and semi-cured cheeses.
