Description
This Albariño is made from the best grapes from its Galician vineyards, located on loamy, granitic, and slightly acid soils. Its composition is 100% Albariño, with 13% alcohol. Its fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at 16 degrees for 3 weeks and is kept on its lees until stabilization and bottling.
We recommend trying it at between 8 and 10 degrees, and combine it with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish and shellfish, rice or white meat.
