Description
A bright, pale lemon-coloured wine with slight lime-green hues, Mar de Frades presents itself on the nose as fruity, with aromas of grapes, green apples and pome fruits that join the characteristic saline touches of the brand . It is intense on the palate, revealing flavours of exotic fruits and a final saline path reinforcing its Atlantic origin . Seafood such as oysters or scallops and white fish are the perfect pairing.
Mar de Frades takes care of all the details to offer an unrepeatable product. The result of this is its bottle, long and narrow, which gives off a blue colour from the depths of the ocean. But its design does not stop there. An Albariño should be taken at temperatures between 8º and 11º, an optimal moment that the consumer knows that it has been reached when a ship appears on the label of the bottle plying the waves.
