Description
A silky white wine from DO Rueda from the Pago del Cielo wineries belonging to the Torres Family. Celeste is inspired by the nocturnal harvest that they carry out, hence its name and design, in addition to the altitude at which its vineyards are located at 900 meters , which place it "close" to the sky.
Its fruity and herbal character is enhanced when paired with shellfish, white fish, green salads and poultry dishes . The acidity of the wine helps balance the oily flavors and brings out the fresh ingredients . It can also be an excellent option with soft or semi-cured cheeses.
