Ramón Bilbao Verdejo Organic is a Rueda Designation of Origin that has been produced with the least possible impact on the planet in mind.
In its preparation, different sustainable techniques have been used that have helped to fulfill this commitment, such as respect for fauna, the use of organic fertilizers or the use of sustainable machinery capable of reducing the amount of gases emitted.
The mix of these techniques, together with the experience of Ramón Bilbao, results in a more sustainable and high-quality product, such as Ramón Bilbao Verdejo Organic .
For its production , 100% Verdejo grapes have been used, collected and selected in the DO Rueda Finca Las Amedias vineyard . This grape is fermented in concrete tanks on its lees and in stainless steel tanks, which in their entirety result in a wine of great complexity.
As a white wine, it pairs perfectly with your favourite fish and seafood dishes.
