Description
A 100% Verdejo wine made from vineyards that are more than fifteen years old on dry and gravelly soils, at an altitude of about 750 meters above sea level, and a yield of 7,500 kilograms for each hectare planted.
A dry wine with a body and structure taken from the aging on fine lees. With a slightly bitter taste and a long persistence that leaves a memory of the wine in the mouth.
This wine is recommended to be served at a temperature between 6°C and 7°C, and accompanied by any fish or vegetable dish.
